Wasn't Pakistan and nepal in the LDP (low developed countries) list in the human development index a year or so back?
Pakistan did copy the Grameen bank program of Bangladesh in its rural areas. Atleast now they have a say in their own decisions and they have a better armed forces (though they cannot defeat india but before they were totally defenceless as their argument goes?????).
