Re: Pakistan ‘should sue Hair’ - Imran Khan
Thats what exactly Khan shaib is saying…that…first of all Inzi should have left the field right when the insident took place in the field. Than even if he had decided to stay back after tea than what was the point coming out again? Like you said Pakistan did the right thing by forefeiting the match for the sake of racism than what was the point of coming out when you ahve decided to forefiet? Stay firm on your decision.
I personally think it was not Inzi who screwed it up at the end it was the bast**** PCB chairman who forced Inzi to go back to the field. I saw the highlights on GEO and ARY it clearly shows the F*CKING PCB oficials suggesting Inzi to go back to the ground. What for?
Inzi should have made the move when the ball was change.
Since he did not made the move at the time when ball was changed instead it came during tea break, he should have stayed back. I am still with Inzi atleast he took the right decision later on. Who gives a sh!t if we lose the match I don’t care but to teach that bast**** Hair a lesson.
Hair’s history of conflict with Asian teams
LONDON (Reuters) - Darrell Hair, the burly Australian at the centre of the ball tampering row which led to Pakistan forfeiting the fourth test against England, has endured a fraught relationship with Asian teams throughout his 14 years as a test umpire.
Hair, 53, a former fast bowler in Sydney grade cricket, no-balled Sri Lanka off spinner Muttiah Muralitharan seven times for throwing in three overs on the opening day of the second test against Australia in Melbourne in 1995. Sri Lanka captain Arjuna Ranatunga responded by leading his team off the field.

Re: Miandad says Pakistan cricket decision a mistake
**Miandad sniffing glue again !
**
**He himself in his statement is all about INZI NOT TAKING THE FIELD , blah blah blah, The most initial point of this occurrence had a mere mention! **
**What ever and However happened afterward should be discussed afterwards,Mr. Miandad sahib,! **
**THIS IS A CLEVER PLOY OF ICC TO DIVERT ATTENTION FROM THE ROOT CAUSE,BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY CAN NOT STICK IT !
**
**Otherwise why do you think its taking so long for the investigation, and why in the hells name , there is no NEUTRAL commission investigating this ??? WHY,? **
Re: Miandad says Pakistan cricket decision a mistake
Miandad is an idiot, always has been.
Re: Miandad says Pakistan cricket decision a mistake
Imran Khan said the same thing about Inzzi's decision.
"Pakistan committed mistake after mistake and put themselves in a no-win situation,"

I know guys, everyone is saying the obvious.

Re: Breaking news: Inzamam faces two charges
Inzamam will be punish for disrupting the game, few games and fine is inevitable. If our management pressures ICC, we might see Darrel get the punishment and humiliation too. Inzi banned is inevitable, ICC wants to show who the Boss is.
Question is whether Darrel will provide solid evidence, time for ICC to restore integrity of the game, their decision will determine the morality of cricket. I am afraid, they will hold a close door meeting with Hair and he might retire or take a leave due to controversies and the accusation of ball tampering will remain foggy as ever.

Re: Breaking news: Inzamam faces two charges
ranjan madugalle the srilankan umpire has to decide this now..i hope he keeps in mind what hair did to murali 10 years ago...a good oppotunity for him to bring down this white trash to his knees.
Re: Breaking news: Inzamam faces two charges
HAIR is racist, he should be banned. How can he charge a team of cheating without providing any evidence, when there are cameras placed all over to pick up any such mischief? This is ridiculous. I hope ICC does something about this guy.
Having said that, I don't have any hopes from this guy, Mr. Madugalle. His thought process is summed up by a couple of incidents that happened back in 2000 when India was touring Australia. Infact, one of them involved Mr Hair. Indians had appealled unsuccessfulyl against an Australian batsman when Mr Hair went to the appealing players and charged them of mischief by putting undue pressure on the umpire. This is ok as an umpire can ask the fielding team to not appeal too much. However, in support of his charge, he made a racist statement "First Pakistanis did it, now you are doing it." (Pakistan had just toured Australia) This statement had no relevance, except that he was implying that all you Asians play unfairly. Indian complained to the match referee, but nothing happened (as usual).
The second incident involved Mcgrath and a couple of other Aussies. When Indians were battting, they faced a lot of incendiary language (along the lines of - "Hey ....., Guess who is stuffing your mom right now?"). Needless to say that players were very upset and when Australia came to bat, there were a lot of verbal exchanges. This matter went up to the referee, Mr Madugale, who docked 30% fee from one of the Indian bowlers, but did nothing to any Australian. When confronted by the media, he merely had this to say "oh, it's natural for Aussies to use foul language; that only shows their aggressive style and doesn't bring the game into disrepute".
I hope he is wiser by now.

Sheer ban sheer
Re: Miandad says Pakistan cricket decision a mistake
No, I'm a great fan of Miandad but I disagree with him. Pak did the right thing and that's the only way they can get rid of Hair.
I was outraged at what happened but truly deep in my heart, I felt very proud of Pak team. That's the way to handle. Had we not been retroactive, God knows what Hair might have planned for Pak batsmen to bet adjudged on his mind rather than Cricket rules...!!

Re: Miandad says Pakistan cricket decision a mistake
Cmon everyone who is agreeing with Miandad and Imran.
If Pakistan had played on and launched an appeal to ICC later on, it would have achieved nothing, nothing at all.
The pig would have continued his racist, humiliating attitude as before.
There had to be a point whne someone has to say enough is enough, we can take this Racist pig anymore.
Put urself in shoes of Inzi and think if you cud take it.
Re: Miandad says Pakistan cricket decision a mistake
all these people imran khan, miandad, aaqib javed, wasim akran(who sold his country for money) are idiots suggesting that inzaman made the wrong decision..the series is already gone, pakistan would not have gained much by winning the match..it was an ideal time to take a stand against this white convict darrel hair and let their position be known very clearly to everyone so that this guy is not umpiring in any more matches involving pak which can be much more important that this one was
Re: Pakistan 'should sue Hair' - Imran Khan
I totally agree with Imran opinion of leaving the field at the time of changing the ball without any proof of tampering.
It is totally understandable that players especially Inzi was deeply grieved by the action but as in the past, PCB never lodged serious protest despite unfair treatent to Inzi and his team by same Umpire during Pak v ENG in Pakistan and now after test 3, therefore, Inzi wasn't sure of support from management. Most probably during tea break he protested to Mr. Balls less yar khan, and probably big bosses (Chairman and member PCB board) signalled their agreement for protest, and thus Inzi and team stayed back. But later Ballsless yar khan again played politics and to please ECB he convinced Inzi and co to go out to the field.
Now since they made Inzi and team to go out to the field and at that time Mike Proctor was also not aware of field Umpire decision (otherwise he wouldn't have became part of efforts to continue the game), therefore, it suggested that Pakistan skipper didn't refused to play, and thus didn't forfeited the match. Which suggest Hiar wrongly used ICC law and awarded game to ENG. For doing this, he should be sued and ICC should fine him heavily (to compensate disrepute to the game, income loss to ECB, Surrey, and all other parties involved), and put life time ban on him from cricket at any level and in any capacity. Additionally, ICC should apologize to PCB particularly to entire PAK team and nation, and this match should be removed from official test list.
Re: Proud of Geoffrey Boycott 's statement in favor of Pakistan.
Absolutely brilliant from Boycott...
I think he is doing the right thing. It wasn't Pak's fault. They were right to protest for something they never did. Pak playing after tea would have meant that they did commit a Cricketing crime when they never did.
Good going Pak and Boycott!!
