Search from Javed statements since his sacking from the coach job. Whatever PCB or Pakistan team does, Javed think it is wrong. I will agree with Imran suggestion that Pakistan should have stopped playing at the time of allegations rather than waiting till tea.

Apparently many post above are outburst of emotions, However I feel Miandad has said the right thing! the protest should be earlier (right after Hair made the change and awarded 5 runs) with the space of few overs if Inzi wasn't clear of the situation.

Presumely speaking, Inzi waited for the Tea to ask the guys: “Oye, kisi ney koi panga to nahi lia ball ke saath?” And the moment guys told him “Nai Inzi bhai” (as there did not appear any footage to support the guys) Inzi made the decision right there that it’s the time to make it a point.
And now for those who says that Inzi should have acted according to laws, let me tell them that it was an extraordinary action which demanded an extraordinary reaction. To sum it up, it started wrong and so it ended wrong.

PCB Chairman Shahryar says Darrel Hair is a good umpire
According to Cricinfo, Shahryar has said that "It is not the fact that Darrell Hair is a bad umpire, Darrell Hair is a good umpire. Our team has a problem with his attitude on the field."
This is called shooting ourselves in the foot! Why would he undermine his own case by praising Hair. Most of us know that Hair is NOT a good umpire. His actions reek of malice. He could show all the attitude he wants and nobody would give a rat's ass if his decisions were correct, which isn't the case here. For the longest time, he's acted as if he had an axe to grind with Pakistan. He deserves to be shown the door immediately.

I would look at more respected newspapers such as The Telegraph. I have always loved their style of commentary and even though they appear a bit biased in this matter, they are still professional in the way they have handled this issue. telegraph.co.uk

WHat i meant was Ganguly was gotten rid of by getting a 4 match ban.. hence making the way for Dravid. I hope thats not the fashion in which YK makes his way up..
