1-can I boil like 10 eggs and keep then the fridge to eat ..2 every morning…would they go bad in 5 days?
2-can I bake an egg. What if I break it on a steel pan and put in the oven.. I don’t have oil neither I want to buy.. again it will 10 of them and 2 will go into my sandwich every morning.
no, but with that rate of egg eating, you will go bad in 5 years
that brings second question.. what If I am losing weight while eating them.. and gaining muscle mass??
TLK I eat 2 slice of Brown bread with honey,,, and I start starving till 11 am.,,, today I put one egg.. and felt much better... and you know what it wasn't hard to boil...
a couple eggs a day wont hurt ya monk.
poach em, bake em, boil em, but dude really it takes minimal time, why not make them fresh?
u want to bake an egg? crack an egg on a whole wehat pita, toss it in the oven for a few and its done, a simpler take on italian breakfast pizza.
if you are very concerned about cholestrol, u can get eggs with lower cholestrol, or get egg beaters or just use egg whites, if they are too bland, spike em with some salsa. scramble em and eat em.

TLKs research is very dated.
ok this is going to be my break fast for a while now.... Thaks X2...
In morning I wake up late don't feel like cooking any thing... but I am going to try it from tomorrow.. my lunch has zero fat... quarter chicken...an Italian bun.. veg... apple...
and dinner is not too bad too... I think I can afford egg or two with out taking out the yolks...
and your anti egg consumption and factually incorrect info sounded like pitch from a cock i.e. murgha
lol - he sounds like a kulungi kukkarr to me.
By the way , the perfect way to hard boiled eggs (without the green yoke) is to bring water to boil and turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in hot water for 12 minutes.
Healthier version of 'baked eggs" would be to make an egg frittata, use about 8 eggs, and only 2 yolks, whisk it up, add a little salt n pepper, fry an onion (using fry light) and then stick in a pan, rotate from hob to oven. You can add low fat feta and beetroot, or soft broccoli and chopped sweet potato, green peppers and fresh veg, or anything else you fancy
