U have missed nothing brother, neither Muqawwe associated all Indians with this rare custom. I just wanted to make it clear that nothing of this kind happens in India for sure, and if even few incidents have happened, than they can be counted on fingertips and therefore can be dismissed as rare and exceptional case in this nation of over 130 million ppls.

There’s no need to be defensive. Do you believe there are no issues in India? If there are issues, you guys wont reach anywhere without discussing them. You need to first convince yourselves that there is an issue, analysis and solutions come later.
