BTW its strange response, coming from women.
My step mom(no kids of her own) took responsibility of us.(some one else's kids)

Things do happen in real life and they do happen more then ppl expect.

Nothing wrong supporting some one. I return you get more gratitude/affection
and LESS saas/bahoo/mehndi/EX-bf-sending-love-notes. BS to deal with.
I take that deal any day!!!

Make sure to do a proper baggage screening check, and ensure shes not over the weight limit because some of 'em carry too much baggage and will flirt with the guy weighing the bags to somehow get even more baggage through.

Let's say you meet someone you know you wont marry...even if she is pretty and fun. Does that mean you wont joke around with her or talk to her?
