Hi stoppit, yes they do, but the dress I had purchased wasn’t from the ready-to-wear rack, its a couture outfit which means that they are made to order. Plus, with all the adjustments and alterations made to the suit, it was completely stitched from scratch. My complaint is that - why is there no system of quality control? Didn’t anyone see the suit before it actually left the warehouse, and go like, “Hmmm, that looks nothing like what we design?” Or are the workers at HSY allowed to adjust the kaam and embroidery on outfits as they see fit? And why is there absolutely NO system of being able to report any customer service concerns? The only people that were available to me to deal with were the girls working in the store that just kept looking at each other and shrugging their shoulders. At my insistence, they finally brought out the “manager” Neeli, who was basically an old aunty who was incredibly rude and pretty much just told us to leave the store! Ugh!
