Yea, but I mean, isn’t it “The Designers” responsibility to make sure the order is placed correctly (the designer knows exactly what modifications to make etc)?
And if it comes back to them not as per the original order, isn’t it their job to sort that out with the designer (HSY) before it gets to the client?
To me, it sounds like they didn’t even realise that it hadn’t come back as the customer had ordered it, who knows if they even passed on the correct modification information to HSY?
