Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
It's #3 AND #4 over here for the same thread..! between her homepage n facebook page..
Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
^Anywhere in the top 5 is unmissable - At least now girls parting with their hard-earned cash can see the otherside to this designer and think twice before placing an order...
Girls - This thread is finally visible in google! - It's like the 4th one down when you type hajra hayat in google...Even above the link to her facebook profile.
Wow - Hajra must be fuming! Hehe! :)
:k:
Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
there's been dead silence from their end lately... no communication at all. just adds to the disappointment!
Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
^ that's pretty sad
^The kaam, the color, the material, the customer service, the fitting, the replies by the Hajra Hayat team have all been "sad"..
Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
Another poor soul has made “Hajra Hayat Sucks” group at facebook. I wonder what HH is doing with all the money she’s ripping off:
Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
^ HH is sooooo going down..!! :D
Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
That group also has the same photos which SGC originally posted.
It would be so much easier and a sign of humbleness if HH and her associates admit and acknowledge the blunder which has occurred. It will be a lot easier if she just gave the money over, the saga would end then and the bride and her in laws can buy something they like.

Does this happen because of the number of times hajra hayat has been used in this thread? If so...we want to get it to #1 in google search!
hajra hayat
hajra hayat
hajra hayat
hajra hayat
hajra hayat
:)
Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
^ gupshup is pretty well placed in search engine listings - The fact we have mentioned her full name numerous times has actually helped to place the thread so far up in the results!
Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
It's pretty sad that she's gonna lose A LOT of potential clients and revenue over issues she could have resolved easily and quickly. I hope this becomes a huge issue so other designers find out about it and understand the value of customers and how to treat them. Ultimately, it really is customer service that determines the success of any company.
Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
Ziggy, thats right!!!!!!! Thats how I actually found GS...had done a basic search on Bunto Kazmi and there Gupshup was!

Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
Guys, i would like to thank you all for sharing your experiences with Hajra Hayat… i have a wedding to attend in France this summer and was thinking of ordering from her… i’m so not going to now!!
I’m sorry for all of you whom have had a bad experience with her, but the best thing you can do is to vocalise AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE to others, so that this doesn’t happen again. ![]()
Gupshup, for the world! ![]()
Re: Bad experience with Hajra Hayat
apparently the latest issue of Xposé Monthly magazine has an article quizzing various designers, including the very un-pro Hajra Hayat, on their practices when dealing with overseas clients. if anyone can get their hands on a copy and possibly scan the article so the rest of us can check it out- it would be greatly appreciated!
here is the FB group for the mag - http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/group.php?gid=5353349945
From the letter to the editor:
“We at Xpozé, on a regular basis receive a lot of wonderful praising letters and emails from you and thank you for that. And we also love the fact that at times, you also want us to play ‘agony aunt’. Recently we have been receiving many letters from our foreign subscribers where they narrate horrifying experiences of ordering designer-wear online from Pakistan and ending up with products that look nothing like what they saw in the web photographs. On page 15, we speak to a group of designers (Maheen Khan, Deepak Perwani, Maheen Karim, Maria B., Hajra Hayat and many more) about how they conduct their overseas web-based businesses. We bluntly ask them about some serious issues and leave it to you to decide who all conduct their businesses honestly… their answers are right there for you to read. Never again complain that we didn’t warn you!”
