Just to put things into perspective, this outfit from Nomi Ansari costs $1600 (Canadian):

I mean the shirt is practically brimming in work - How on earth can that outfit cost $1900??? I really really feel for this girl…

this is what kills me!!! the client should have apologised for receiving a ****ty product and wanting a new one???

Rabeela, you are doing MUCH more damage to your credibility and your reputation by posting entire correspondences that are PRIVATE between yourself and your client, and then following up with your idiotic responses. Like someone said, you've completely lost the plot here.

Given the kind of customer service you've shown, do you honestly believe that if they had said the outfit is crap, kindly send a new one, that you would have quietly sent them a newer, better one?? There is so much wrong here, I don't even know where to begin! The main thing though, is that a NEW outfit should NEVER be required! The first one should have been perfect and as promised!!

yeh like I can't believe HH and her customer service team would stoop to low levels like blaming the customer and lying. And I can't even believe they are posting the actual email with the clients name on a public forum. Unfortunately I'm sure many paki designers are representative of the same horrific behavior cuz they think their customers are inferior... Just like hajra hayat. This woman is just making it easier for us to understand all the many places HH is all so wrong by posting the emails here and she thinks she's justifying her reasons.

Girls - In order for this link to be ranked in google, i've heard that we need to refer to Hajra Hayat with her full name in all our posts. Try and avoid using her initials like 'HH'...

WOW!!! I am just amazed at Rabeela’s replies! If she’s posting her clients’ emails in her defense, then I am sorry to say, there are doing just the opposit. Whatever happened to customer service? or keeping the customer’s info. confidential?

This is soooooo wrong.. just wrong.. posting other peoples email and emailadress.. I guess they never heard such thing as privacy.. That's just wrong.. and they call being professional..?? Yeah right..

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour on the part of the HH team. Why cant they acknoeledge they've made a great big whopping mistake and offer to rectify the problem instead of posting stupid responses???
Long live the power of Gupistan its about time these so called designers realised that they cant just produce cheap tat and expect people to shut up and put up.

Every bride's absolute nightmare! Imagine getting that for u're valima dress! I wudn't even wear it on any normal occassion let alone my valima! The color isn't the only issue.. the fact that the color was off.. the kaam was barely there.. the kaam coming-out and stiching horrible.. the pouch missing.. AND the obnoxious replies!

I hope u're friend got a refund SGC!

I had some issues with my order in regards to stitching. Kaam and color was absolutely perfect according to agreed upon work and price. They resolved the issues to my complete satisfaction and I attributed it to their workload and haste. They ultimately made me a happy customer with the end result.

you didn't start this thread, no, but you were the first to complain about hajra hayat's customer service and quality of product in the other thread (that this one was split from). this thread is about hajra hayat and bad experiences people have had with her, and so your post is going to remain up here.

worry not though, you have also stated previously (and just now) that you've resolved your issues with her- so there's nothing for you to be concerned about. you're not a part of the current issue but its important that people are aware of your initial complaint as well as how you resolved it. would you like to share how you resolved your issue with them?
