subject RE: WE ARE AWAITING OUR REFUND MONEY PLEASE E-MAIL YOUR MONTREALADDRESS SO WE CAN RETURN YOUR DRESS
mailed-by hotmail.com
oh hello Rabeela!
So kind of you to email, our issue with the dress, as you keep on saying every time "we cannot understand what the problem from the pictures is".
Well here is the problem listed I don’t know how you can say that the color is an issue, the colors is one of the several issues, even on Palings people are horrified that this outfit is a replica of HHB-3.
You keep on saying or as Hajra Hayat the reputable designer keeps on insisting is the exact replica of HHB-3.
What does replica mean a ditto copy right. So how is a Georgette Duppatta vs. a Silk Duppata a replica. You sent us a GEORGETTE DUPPATA!! That had appliqué and not shaded the say it is shaded in HHB-3. Please also note that the kaam is also completely different. Notice the borders of HHB-3 and what you send us. You keep on telling is that this is the replica. Now are you telling me that a reputable fashion house does not know the difference between Georgette and Silk. That the materials used are the exact same! Secondly notice please how the shading is done in HHB-3 and how this product is shaded completely different. Please Rabeela now answer me if there is a difference in what we received or not.
Second of all the colors agreed upon were ferozi and gold and after Afreen had spoken with Hajra on the phone she wanted Ferozi accents also, not ferozi and gold in appliqué, HHB-3 there is no appliqué. Also the shirt in HH B-3 had way more Kaam then this shirt. In HHb-3 the kaam is on 3 parts of the shirt in what you send to us there is one tiny Triangle on the neckline of the shirt. there is no Triangle on either side as HHB-3. Please Rabella now you answer how this is the exact replica.
Thirdly look at the kaam on the pictures, such poor quality the kaam on the gote of the gharara is also crooked!! CROOKED, it’s untidy and it’s obvious it’s untidy! It doesn’t look clean. If the local kamwala does this maybe I will understand thinking he hired some new guy to do it. What is your excuse, you have seen the picture now and trust me when Afreen tried it on it looked from afar that uhoh something is not right. The dhagas/threads on the gharara are coming out. Come on this has only been tried once for 5 minutes.
Yes naturally when anyone who sees this jora is amazed that it is made by Hajra Hayat.
We saw your designs on Facebook , Saw all the pictures on your website naturally we expected a very professionally made outfit.
In our entire experience with you our whole argument was that you have not given what we ordered. Not once has your team apologized that you made a mistake yes it’s not a replica you keep on insisting it is. Where is the pouch that we paid extra for?
The Bride had discussions with Hajra and Hajras final email before the jora was posted that it is an exact replica.
Well you think this is the worst experience well you have no idea how terrible this has been for us.
WE are not going to get this outfit redone at our own expense. There has been enough money spent on this product.
If you claim as you say go the extra mile for your clients then you can either refund us the money and we will gladly send this back I will be more than happy to mail it to Farhat Mirza your person in Canada OR send us another outfit matching the calibre of your dresses.
We will be very happy to talk about this and share this with everyone if we are either refunded or sent something else. If not well the unpleasantness will remain because we feel we have been cheated and you obviously feel that you have done your best, you claim that you have sent us the replica and of course silk and georgette are the same thing so of course if you are not ready to change your stance what can we do.
As far as having 13 studios and all that, well what should matter to you is that people who visit those studios are happy with your product, there are people there to service them. In the west there is a rule in customer service "The customer is always right". When we order stuff from Gap online or Armani we get the exact product. If we order a silk shirt we get the silk shirt not a Wool shirt. This is the difference. Obviously we ordered from Hajra Hayat thinking we will get something on an international level, not like the local kamwala in liberty market where we would have to haggle and argue etc.
(FOR THE BUNCH OF LIES THEY HAVE PUT TOGETHER)

hey
afreen ur jora has turned out amazing and before dispatching it lets go over things again ,
ur gharara is gold zari fabric with pattis of lilac and ferozi , on the base , then theres ferozi patti on the ghrara knees .
the dupatta was looking very bland in all ferozi color so I’ve stuck to how it is on the original meaning centre gold with ferzoi shading on the borders then having ferozi and lilac patti on the 4 sides
then having lilac contrast edging on it on shirt duapptta and gharara(to bring it tighter )
the shirt being ferozi with gold patti on all sides
the whole set is exactly how it is in the picture
I’ve seen the whole family being involved which is great :)
so to avoid any disappointments I wud appreciate if this mail is fwd. to all
concerned .
any stitching contrasts can be suggested now
cheers

Salaamz Hajra!
That’s GREAT news! I'm so excited! Everything you wrote sounds perfect and it’s exactly what we had in mind, especially me. There are 2 last things I really wanted you to add --on the dupatta-- underneath the borders of the dupatta can u add a contrast fabric patti underneath? maybe gold or lilac. Whatever you think would look good.
also is it possible to have a matching pouch with this jora?
I've also forwarded our e-mails to my mother-in-law, Annie and Samad.
I'm looking forward to see the outcome of this jora! Thank you for everything you've done so far :)
Love, Afreen
This is what I think happened the client had an entirely different concept in mind from what they actually order. HH-B-3 is a very soft looking, decent bridal with no extra ordinary bling to it. But it is a much understated subtle looking outfit which has more resham then zari work.
To further prove our point of view we have requested a client Shabahat to share her pictures on the forum, who had the same order in the same month of December and she is also from United States. Her pictures are also all over her profile with same outfits HH-B-3. Those who care to see these pictures can check her in our friend’s list. There you will see 100% resemblance to Annie Kirmani’s order (there was never a pouch confirmed and no payment for it received).
This is what they should have done:
There was never a need to be abusive, insulting and threatening as it is a simple matter of ordering something online, not understanding your order completely and then not liking the end product. It is not the case of order being wrong, a simple polite message stating “we do not like what we had ordered, we had something else in mind, we apologize for the inconvenience caused, but would appreciate if we could get this outfit re-do or a new outfit made”.
This would have been a simpler and more decent way to handle the matter.
Much Regards,
Entire Team
