There was an offense by me/others.......you took action/reprimand.......if you are not satisfied still.........you can take further stricter action.........nobody is stopping you......nor anybody can...but once you are done with the punishment i think you need to lay that to rest...and move on.
The topic at hand was about backseat mods which went on to something else altogether...precisely due to that specific event..

and you still don't get it........or are pretending not to get it..... this is not about criticizing management.......it is about the defiant behaviour that you know full well you and a handful of individuals exhibit. when you are politely asked to discontinue, you make a mockery of the reprimand and the member of staff delivering it to you. would you like me to post the screen shots of your antics in the chat room? how about we post those of philo and rizla too? unfortunately you have managed to lose all credibility with "management"
Yes please do. And while you're at it please also post how you have spies employed in different parts of the forum where anyone so much as uttering a word against the management (amongst friends I might add) is banned. Why don't you come out and admit this whole tirade is actually a personal grudge on your behalf against a few members of the forum.

I have to respectfully disagree that nothing good can come out of this. I think that your sensible and well-articulated feedback will open at least a couple of eyes and show an aspect that, perhaps, was not seen before. At least this is my hope.

my statement or if I may call it expression of sorrow was proven right just after your post - where once again the argument started in rantipole - I would love if you had exercise your authority at that point and closed the thread as it has served the purpose . Let me share one of my work ethics with you - which I follow with my Seniors and expect my co-workers and juniors to follow it too.. If my senior or Boss is talking or defusing a situation / taking control of the negotiations / settling an argument - I simply do not intervene unless or until I have been directly asked or made to answer by my senior . In both cases either when I am not agreeing with him/her or when I agree with him/her - I tend not to involve .
let us put this in the scenario happened here - Niksik did well to answer the question asked and the matter was closed - literally there was no need for any one else to come and add his/her two cents . The thread would have been locked and Happy ending :)
Here I am not criticizing your action of re-opening the thread because I do understand the course of action behind it .
Anyway what I would like to Suggest is :
Despite understanding the need of allowing / marking more resources on Feedback forum due to the different time zone issue - it would be much better if only a handful resource have access of it and they should be
1) President - Vice President and Director - for policy related matters
2) Technical Admin - for answering Technical queries
3) CMs should be encouraged to deal with issues via pms and if not then resolved - let the GS top layer close it for them .
I believe and I could be wrong but issues wont tarry - if proposed solution get opted .
Your grievance is taken on board and I can assure you that all members of our staff make their very best effort to do a good job. Yes, you are right, sometimes they do make mistakes and we can only help them to learn from those errors. At the end of the day, we recognize that they are volunteers and we move on. Your expectations are not unreasonable.....and we will continue to strive towards them. I can only assure you of that.
The problem lies when certain individuals make sincere efforts to create senseless controversy and therefore unnecessary work for these volunteers.
Hareem's assessment of NomiCA's posts is not a stretch. Couple that with the numerous complaints we have on hand for this member's behaviour in other areas and then multiply that with the "Likes" of members that contribute little other than egging on those that take up stances against the Administration of this site and you will be able to understand the mindset that exists behind our responses.
I am not in best position to comment here - I comprehend with some insight your team is handling it as it should get addressed . Best of Luck for that .
I have been part of both worlds and with the experience of running my own forums - I do say ' Small small shytes happen on Big big forums ' - you know what I mean
I appreciate the confidence you place in us as a membership and hope that we can continue to deliver.....

jk jk, let me address this now that you’ve brought it up.
1: Only CMs and admins have moderation access to this section so when a thread is opened here, it is targeted at us - not at mods, not at regular members, at us - and any one of us can reply. Ofcourse the professional replies are to the point which is why I made it clear that mine was a non-professional one, just a friendly little request that I thought I had the right to put forward as a CM of this forum. So I wasn’t about to give explainations as to why I posted here (or anywhere else) but your comment makes it sound like I started it all so I feel obliged to reply one last time in this thread.
2: Now let’s analyse that “friendly little request” that got people’s blood boiling. I simply said hey let’s not take things so seriously, let’s not get so annoyed and let’s save ourselves from any unnecessary headaches. Please tell me, what was so offensive about that? Next time, should I tell them to throw a fit over every little thing and ruin their GS experience for themselves? Or should I let them dictate where, when and how I post, would that make them happy?
3: When I was requesting people to not stress over little things, there were a few of those things in my mind. Have you not seen some people being ridiculed across the forum just because they’re different aka annoying? I have seen them being bullied purposely and again Muzna has received a collection of screenshots and complaints involving the very same people pointing fingers at the “annoying” lot. Do they not realise they too could be a part of that category for other members? What’s the mature thing to do here - everybody start stressing over other “annoying” members who’re doing no harm (and if they are, just report like Niks said) or let’s all act our age and be a little tiny bit more tolerant and not get annoyed by things like someone typing in a different colour, a different language? That is all that I said and all hell breaks loose. Why? Aap mujhe bata dein k meri post mein kya ghalat tha or mein isi waqt maafi mang lun gi.
And finally, you may ask Nomi how I have previously spent days listening to him via PMs just so he doesn’t feel like his concerns are being ignored. He knows it doesn’t bother me one bit and how much it matters to me that everyone at least tries to get along. Which is why he was quite calm throughout our interaction in this thread and so was I. I don’t know what got others so riled up and I’m not interested in knowing either. Suffice to say, I have more to worry about than hold personal grudges against usernames and same with other admins you can take my word for it. Allah sub da pala karay, Ramadan mubarak all.

well I know the policy and I am in agreement but again I still prefer just my personal preference , and yes GS doesn’t and it shouldn’t work according to my will and wish ] not too many cooks and it always spoils the broth.

GS administration k liye MOD forum hai..........would you tell me why this feedback forum exists? why are memebers allowed to post here if it serves no purpose??
