There are more than enough actual mods here…and now this new backseat mods
they are more annoying than actual mods…and literally a pain in the behind…

Nomi pls send me links if it's in the lifestyle channel.However, some people just like a non-conflict sort of approach to posting... Just like many people light chotay chotay fires... You can pm the mods of that section either way or report he post if it bothers you.

We don’t have a policy as such… But we can handle any specific cases if you like. Waisey agar policy bhi hoti toh konsa aap bari Khushi sey ser jhuka leytein hain

After Niks’s professional replies, I’d like to add my non-professional reply. =D They’re annoying because you let them annoy you. We have policies for the rule-breakers and the trouble makers not the annoying lot. If they annoy you, ignore them or deal with it. This isn’t kindergarten, we’re all adults, let’s not take online stuff so seriously. Ramadan is about to begin, let us meditate!

Actual mods are already doing a good job, so why the need to stick ones nose in every.single.thread/business?

That’s the thing Sara, real mods know their job very well, so they ignore what another person has to say about modding posts/threads, they know very well when to intervene. So why should others get riled up over it? That’s all I’m saying, let’s not get annoyed so easily. Next we’ll be reporting people who typ lyk diz because they’re so darn annoying. See where I’m coming from? I get on many people’s nerves too, what do you think should be done?

I was referring to policies about flooding threads. If you see someone doing it, report it.
Niks already answered your question about specific policy regarding backseat modding. No such policy but you know who to talk to if its creating trouble and they will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
