Allow me to shed some light…and then if you need further clarification then let me know the specific example you are referring to and I will moderate it myself.

Nobody has said “that backseat modding is perfectly legit”.
We have simply stated that we have no current policy on it. Should the situation demand that we create a policy, we will.
I may decide to create one right now…depends.
Up to my whims and desires? Yes.
Chew on that.
