Re: baby lotion

I am using mustela stylethopia

Re: baby lotion

R both pharmacy product or market one?

Re: baby lotion

Lotion darkened the skin of your baby? :hmmm: Did you mean to say that it’s drying his skin? Johnson’s can be drying.
I use Eucerin, works great!

Re: baby lotion

My pediatrician said to use on,u Aveeno baby and said to stay away from Johnson

Re: baby lotion

We use Johnsons all in one wash, bubble bath, shampoo, conditioner and lotion and have never had a problem with darkening skin? Are these products the real deal or fake?

Re: baby lotion

I stopped using J&J too...coz it was not helping my baby's skin...it was drying it up....So now I use Aveeno for his baths and CeraVe as a lotion recommended by the pede.

Re: baby lotion

Frm wr i can get aveeno lotion in lhr??

Re: baby lotion

maybe your baby’s skin is so dry that it looks whitish and then when you apply the lotion, it starts to look normal and moisturized? i know that sounds weird but if you ever apply lotion to your arms or your face when your skin is dry, you’ll see what i mean.

Re: baby lotion

So u mean i stick wid johnson.?I dnt knw wt type of skin he have? Any suggestion wt to do? I am using johnson head to toe shampoo for bath.and its result also same. Dnt make any diffrence after wash. Even undr thigh become more darker like dirty. plz help.

Why don’t you ask your doctor if his skin seems to be getting that dark? Although, i think, if he’s not crying or showing signs of distress after you put the lotion on him then maybe it’s just how the lotion works with his skin. To be on the safe side, go to a shop that sells imported items and buy organic baby lotion…free of harmful chemicals rtc. Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi have yons of shops noe that carry imported items…so it shouldn’t be hard to find.

If you can’t find organic lotion…just use pure coconut oil to moisturize his skin after a bath. Just a little bit goes a long way and it is readily available in Pakistan. It is awesome and healthy as well

Also, make sure you are using real Johnson’s products…a lot of times they sell the fake stuff in the same bottle. Again…shops that carry imported items usually have the real stuff. It is pricier but probably better in the long run.

Re: baby lotion

Re: baby lotion

Re: baby lotion

Lol, khawa, is it me or you have" pimped up" your typing skills

Re: baby lotion

Me and hubby both hv fair complexion. Hubby’s hv change bit nw due to illness.
And when baby was born , he hs very fair complexion. nw every one sayng q dark ho raha ha.? sometime his complexion look fair bt nw i am guessing may be due to hot he get dark as i live upper portion. Baby dnt sit in one room so may i can on ac.

Re: baby lotion

me n huby both are afir enough but my baby’s complexion started clearing after 6 months, ppl used to say me yeah kis pe gai hai tum logo ki tu nhi lagti but I never cared, as long as your doc is not saying anything don’t worry about ppl around you

Re: baby lotion

I think you need to stop all this nonsense talk about the kid’s fair or not fair complexion. Does your child look healthy? Is he happy? If that’s the case, you are blessed more than you realize. This child has been born into a culture with some incredibly idiotic notions about skin color. He doesn’t need his mother getting paranoid because of every little comment random people make. You need to be stronger than that and get your priorities straight.

Re: baby lotion

i dont even think its outsiders that r the problem here… i think the OP prefers fair skin.

dont know when our ppl will learn to be thankful for healthy babies and rid thir minds of superficial idiocy.
