But I really wish Safin had won. He really would’ve made a deep run in the tournament if he had won this match. Hopefuly he plays more tennis and improves his ranking so he doesnt have to face seeds in the second round anymore.

Awesome awesome match... Kohlschreiber downs Roddick after a 5 set thriller with final set finishing 8 - 6. Went for more than 4 hours and just finished here at around 2.15 am. This guy is in scorching form... has apparently won a couple of tournaments in the lead up to this major.
