That Federer game was one for the books. Amazing game. This is the first time I saw Tipsarevic, and the guy is just relentless and absolutely amazing. Final set went to 10-8 (no tie-break, of course); and it was only Federer's experience that bailed him out in the end. If you missed that game, you missed a gem.

Sharapova played really well. She took an early lead against Henin, who than came back in the same set. There were some really thrilling moments in the first set, but Sharapova broke through and won the first set. After that Henin never made a concentrated effort and Sharapova never gave a chance to ranked number one Henin. Great game and win by Sharapova.

This slam is for Sharapova! The way she beat Henin was just amazinggg!! I couldn’t believe what I was watching! I’m glad she’s back.
Good luck to Blake. I’m not sure if he can win against Federer but hopefully we will see another amazing match.
I think the story of the tournament though is Jo-Wilfried Tsonga! Unseeded, has beaten Andy Murray, Richard Gasquet and Mikhail Youzhny on his way to the semis. And he looks soooooo much like Muhammad Ali, lol! I think his match against Nadal is going to be a great one. And Nadal has made it to a semi in a hardcourt grandslam for the first time. Watch out Fed!

well it was a lucky day for sharapova..i watched half hour match..Henin was not 100% yesterday. her knee was bothering her...she tried to play as well as she can..but sharapova took chances,her serve was well,she played good game n also did break 32 winning streak of Henin...Henin was lil bit unlucky...
sharapova is no doubt fav for the title but may be there'll be serbian final..

hiba no1: I saw the game too and Sharapova outplayed Henin in both sets. She deserved to win. I am not aware of any injuries that Henin was facing during the game, but Maria was very quick, swift and forceful.
I am sure Henin and Sharapova will meet again in the upcoming grand slams, these two have been at the top of the game for a quite time now. Its start of a new rivarly. I still believe overall Henin is a better tennis player, but that was Sharapova's day.

Oh hell! Federer beats the crap out of Blake in straight 3 sets. Djokovic advances to the next round after easy win over Ferrer. I think we will have the perfect final Federer vs. Djokovic, If Nadal fails to qualify for It.

Federer was lethal. Djokovic was also winning in a big way, but in the end lost his breath due to heat. Hopefully, he is 100% against Federer because I think that game is going to be superb.

other semi is between Federer and Djokonvic. Tsonga is not an easy opponent for Nadal. Dream final is between Nadal and Federer, but you never know....

The prob with femail semis: They sound very attractive, but in 70% cases It turns out to be a disappointment.
I miss players like Sabhatini, Graf, Seles…female players have been so inconsistant in recent years.
