no not random men on the street....just men that i get to know over time at work. and i usually fall for the really nice/sweet and intelligent ones. and sometimes when i'm sitting there face to face with them, i'm thinking to myself "what if he finds out i have crush on him...that'd be so embarrasing and so wrong".

All this means is your life is incomplete. If some guy notices this in you, he will take the opportunity and sweep you off our feet. And it be then known as an extra marital affair.

Lower your gaze. And quit your current job and find one in a more female friendly environment or become a housewife. This is a dangerous issue and needs addressing. There is a reason why free mixing is against Islam.

During my collage days, I had many infatuations, I was so crazy about my Economics teacher. He was one intelligent guy, married & around 50 years old.
Then there was one Pathan guy who use to sell corn (Chali/ Bhotay Wala), God I had huge crash on him but just for few days,
Then many many wired people, I can’t even mention here. But all these were insides my head, never discussed & shared with anyone. Now I just laugh on my foolish thoughts.

You are a normal human being. Don't worry about it. Shed the guilt. Tell yourself this is par for the course. Dismiss all the posts that berate you for not being normal, having shaitaan take over etc. You are doing just fine.

b) start to justify him looking and dwelling about other women
Study about the life of our prophets, salaf and awliya to see they were far more intelligent than anything on offer today and develop a relationship with the memory of those people instead.

I think it’s all about respecting yourself. We have too many good looking men here where I live…but none worthy of my attention. 
So start respecting yourself! Think of yourself as Daenerys Targaryen when walking the earth!

For every such thought, give some sadqa/pray some nafl etc, any thing that you dont feel comfortable in doing. Your nafs will inshallah soon stop doing this.
Lowering of gaze is also good plus if possible join some authentic religious circle.
It is easier to look and comment on others mistakes, please pray that my hidden gunahs/weaknesses that may be much more then yours are also cured.
