Its super easy Muqawwee, Its just three steps and you will be done before you know it!! Ok to simplify it dont do the roughage paste , throw it away .. leaves you with perfect soup , just add cream or malai in it and you are done
Croutons are spiced bread cubes , tiny cubes , they add perfect crispiness in the soup..

you can use a hand blender for this. Its easy to use and clean. Also, if it is for yourself, you can serve it any way you want. So drop the cream and roughage part. But I do think it will taste better with cream.
Muqawwee, make it easy, forget croutons, make garlic bread instead .. Bread slice , put it in the oven for few seconds , as soon as it starts getting the color , take it out, turn it , and apply the garlic paste on it and put it back in the oven , the garlic paste will become crisp and start coloring, take it out. and eat with soup. It takes just 2-3 minutes for garlic bread .
This is how you prepare the garlic paste : one tablespoon butter, half tsp oil , add in salt to taste , garlic mashed as fine as you can manage or chopped finely , about half tsp.. Mix it all and its ready..
Take bread that is preferably day old (not fresh) and cut into cubes. The thicker/denser the bread the better, all though regular slice bread/double roti will work as well, you’ll just get tinier croutons. Toss with a little olive oil, salt, fresh cracked black pepper and whatever seasoning you want and then spread out on a sheet pan and bake in oven until golden. Alternatively you can do this in a nonstick pan on the stove/choola as well.
We used to have this soup with these croutons at one of our pharma client’s audit. Probably it was just tomato soup or a thin soup like we have in noddles. That tasted yummy.
carrot and pea soup :
chop five to six carrots , one onion chopped, one clove of garlic, quarter cup peas.
Fry onion for just two minutes until they are soft, then add garlic and fry for a minute, add the carrots and peas and four cups water , add salt to taste and half cup fresh corriander.. Let it all boil until carrots and peas are extremely soft..
Then use a fork and mash them until they are past like consistency. Before mashing check that there is at least two cups of water left in the carrots , so that when you mash them , it becomes a soup like texture ..
If you have any thing with which you can blend it , like a chopper or any other electrical , you can give it a round in that machine so that onion and corriander also breaks down into a fine paste ..
boil half cup of orange daal in three cups of water, add in two chopped carrots and juice of two oranges , also add in half an onion sliced .. Add in half tsp of zeera and half cup fresh corriander .. boil until fully cooked. Mash with a fork until smooth or hand blend it and serve
Boil corn kernels in four cups of water and add the maggi cubes. boil until the corn is fully done. If you want to crush it , it will taste brilliant. otherwise crush it with the fork , so that some of them turn into paste while some remain in their shape.
add salt to taste , now get an egg and beat it. pour this slowly, little by little into the soup, keep stirring the soup as well .. the egg will get cooked quickly and you will notice it in the form of white strings in the soup.
Add two tablespoons of corn flour ( you get this easily from any shop in Pakistan ) and mix it in room temperature water just quarter cup. Mix this in the soup .. Let it cook for five minutes and its ready to serve ..
No , not lemons , skip orange if its not available
Both onions taste equally good , but spring onion tastes better with herbs , but since you are looking for a very simple recipe , use normal onions coz they will taste better
