I believe that smokers are not addicted to cigarettes, but to the habit of smoking. It’s more of a psychological dependency than nicotine craving. It’s just a mindset, so quitting, or staying away is not as difficult as we make it to be.

I would like to know what YOU were smoking the other day, queer dear, when you hurled an obscene insult at me and then went on to accuse me of racism. You seemed to be suffering from impaired comprehension from influence of some substance.
You falsely accused me of racism and lied and projected on me things that I have not said. I don’t believe I have ever expressed racist views. I have never made an issue of the physical attributes of Indians vs. Pakistanis such as colour or stature. I have never called Indians dark monkeys, as you said. I would be very surprised to see that I ever did. I made it clear in the Karachi thread in Bollywood section that I didn’t like Indian film-makers portraying Pakistanis because of inaccurate speech/accents and generally negative portrayal of Pakistani characters. Not because of physical attributes such as colour or stature. You projected a comment from the article on me regarding gora-pann. I happen to think that there are as many ugly looking Pakistanis proportionally as there may be Indians. Similarly I think that there are as many ugly looking white folk as there may be black. How is that racist ? Besides, last time I checked, “Indian” is not a race.
