oh please i can give hundred of examples. here is one from last election.
She still ran for congress and lost. No she didn’t go to jail. try googling 2nd Amendment as well. that will help you understand this.

Who decide what sedition is you (thinks its ok to destroy personal proerty) or King NS who hires gull butts to dispense justice on streets?

Did she say that we are going to storm the White House and lynch the president. Did she say that we will thrash the police. Did she say that we will invade the capital hill. Furthermore did she say these things while having a crowd of a few thousands outside these places?

The woman you gave example of mentioned bringing down Parliament through lawful means, as mentioned in your post.

oh please people protest not because they like what the king is doing but they want change yes even his rule. this govt is most violent against its citizen. go preach to police attacking unarmed civilians in model town about violence. so much hypocrisy.

I am all for protests. There is a difference between peaceful protests against the government, and unlawfully trying to remove the government through illegal means. IK and TUQ aren’t protesting they are committing sedition against the state of Pakistan.

If they want to bring the government down then there is a legal remedy available which they are not exercising.

Whatever the faults of government are, you cannot excuse people like IK and TUQ, and ignore their conduct. Nobody has the right to challenge the state. Police are an organ of the state.

THE PEOPLE have the right to challenge the govt if the govt cannot meet its obligations to the people which they deserve as per the so-called constitution…

People have the right to remove the government through elections at fixed intervals. People can make their views known from time to time but cannot challenge the government through force, any challenges are viewed as an attack on the state and are dealt with firmly.
