Re: Attacks on politicians houses
Hopefully in Pakistan one day the police would be efficient and fearless and carry out its job in strict manner, however we are not there yet.
The anarchists are doing a dharna in islamabad, beating up journalists, threatening to challenge the writ of the state and to overthrow the legitimate government of Pakistan, irrespective of personal likes or dislikes. These elitists seem to be above the law. They are not attacking PML N but the state of Pakistan. If you raise emotions so much in the country then there is bound to be some backlash. You can blame the people that demonstrated outside SMQ’s house and got a bit too excited and landed a few kicks on the door, and police promptly stopped them and took them away. However personally I blame the people at Islamabad and their irresponsible speeches which are made for short term political gains without being thought through. Any sane person would expect a backlash when such language is used. The people that should be setting a good example are inciting violence and deserve everything they get as a result of their own stupidity and irresponsibility. When you play with fire you have to expect to get burnt, and its no point in crying after the event.
