[HR][/HR]مقامی افراد کے مطابق درگاہ شاہ نورانی میں ہفتے کے روز شام گئے دھمال کا آغاز ہوتا ہے جس میں سیکڑوں افراد شرکت کرتے ہیں اور دھماکا اسی مقام پر ہوا ہے جہاں دھمال جاری تھا۔
مزار کے خلیفہ نواز علی نے بتایا کہ ‘روزانہ سورج غروب ہونے کے وقت مزار پر دھمال ڈالا جاتا ہے اور اس کو دیکھنے کیلئے لوگوں کی بڑی تعداد یہاں آتی ہے’۔

دھماکے میں زخمی ہونے والے ایک شخص کو ہسپتال منتقل کیا جارہا ہے— فوٹو: اے پی.ضلع خضدار میں سماجی تنظیم ایدھی کے سینئر عہدیدار عبدالحکیم لاسی نے بتایا تھا کہ دھماکے کے وقت کم سے کم 500 افراد دھمال دیکھنے کیلئے موجود تھے۔
غیر ملکی خبر رساں اداروں کے مطابق درگاہ شاہ نورانی میں ہونے والے دھماکے کی ذمہ داری داعش نے قبول کرلی ہے۔
اس سے قبل علاقے کے تحصیلدار جاوید اقبال نے ڈان نیوز کو بتایا تھا کہ دھماکا مغرب سے 10 منٹ پہلے ہوا اور اس وقت سیکڑوں زائرین دھمال دیکھنے کیلئے یہاں موجود تھے۔
تحصیلدار کا کہنا تھا کہ واقعے کے دیگر 70 زخمیوں کو لیویز اور دیگر گاڑیوں میں ہسپتالوں میں منتقل کیا جارہا ۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ دھماکے کی نوعیت کا ابھی تعین نہیں ہوسکا، تاہم دھماکے فوری بعد ہر جانب افراتفری تھی اور متعدد افراد کی لاشیں زمین پر پڑی تھیں۔
ایک سوال کے جواب میں ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ابھی تک کوئی امداد نہیں پہنچی اور ہم اپنی مدد آپ کے تحت کام کررہے ہیں۔
انھوں نے جلد از جلد ایمبولینس درگاہ شاہ نورانی بھیجنے کا مطالبہ کرتے ہوئے کہا تھا کہ امدادی کاموں کیلئے گاڑیاں اور ایمبولینس درکار ہیں۔
بلوچستان کے وزیراعلیٰ نواب ثناء اللہ زہری کی صدارت میں صوبے کی اعلیٰ قیادت کا ہنگامی اجلاس ہوا جس میں اعلیٰ سیکیورٹی حکام نے بھی شرکت کی۔
اجلاس میں درگاہ شاہ نورانی میں ہونے والے دھماکے کے بعد سیکیورٹی کی صورت حال کا جائزہ لیا گیا اور دہشت گردوں کو سختی سے کچلنے کے عزم کا اظہار کیا گیا۔
صوبہ کی انتظامیہ نے دھماکے کے بعد ریسکیو سرگرمیوں میں تعاون اور جائزے کیلئے کوئٹہ میں کنٹرول روم بھی قائم کردیا۔
ڈان نیوز سے بات چیت کرتے ہوئے ترجمان بلوچستان حکومت انوار الحق کاکٹر نے دھماکے میں 20 افراد کی ہلاکت کی تصدیق کرتے ہوئے بتایا تھا کہ ضلعی انتظامیہ امدادی کاموں کی نگرانی کررہی ہے۔
انھوں نے کہا کہ حالت جنگ میں ایسے نقصانات اٹھانا پڑتے ہیں اور دعویٰ کیا کہ دہشت گردی پر بہت جلد قابو پالیں گے۔
ایک سوال کے جواب میں انھوں نے بتایا کہ بلوچستان حکومت کے پاس امدادی سرگرمیوں کیلئے ہیلی کاپٹر موجود نہیں ہے۔
بعد ازاں ترجمان بلوچستان حکومت انوار الحق کاکٹر نے سماجی رابطے کی سائٹ ٹوئٹر پر اپنے ٹوئٹ میں کہا کہ دشمن مایوسی کا شکار ہیں، خواتین اور بچوں پر حملے کررہے ہیں۔
بلوچستان کے وزیر داخلہ سرفراز بگٹی نے ڈان نیوز سے بات چیت کرتے ہوئے کہا تھا کہ واقعے میں ہلاکتوں کی تعداد بڑھنے کا خدشہ ہے۔
ایک سوال کے جواب میں ان کا کہنا تھا کہ پورے صوبے کی سیکیورٹی کو انتہائی سخت کیا گیا تھا، غفلت کے مرتکب افراد کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ رات کی تاریکی اور پہاڑی علاقہ ہونے کی وجہ سے یہاں ریسکیو کیلئے ہیلی کاپٹر کو نہیں بھیجا جاسکتا۔

۔پاک فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ آئی ایس پی آر کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل لیفٹننٹ جنرل عاصم باجوہ نے سماجی رابطے کی سائٹ ٹوئٹر پر اپنے ٹوئٹ میں کہا تھا کہ آرمی چیف جنرل راحیل شریف نے حب کے قریب شاہ نوارنی درگاہ پر ہونے والے دہشتگردی میں زخمی ہونے والوں کو طبی امداد فراہم کرنے کی ہدایت دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ میڈیکل ٹیمیں موقع پر زخمیوں کو طبی امداد دیں اور زخمیوں کی ہسپتال منتقلی کیلئے تمام وسائل بروئے کار لائے جائیں۔

Attack happens in Balochistan and they need to send stuff and personnel from other provinces ?? Seriously? They had nothing in Balochistan at all that the things and equipment and personnel has to be pulled from other provinces and parts of the country,

The closest city is Hub…which about 100 KM from the shrine, and like Bari Imam, people have to go by walk up on the mountain and these animals of India have attacked this soft targer in the remote area to sabotage yhe CPEC openning ceremony, they tried attacking thr convoy but kudos to army and security agencies who didnt let it happen and thses savages then find a soft target…
