For the price they paid for the land you can definetly bet they are going to construct what they say they are going to construct! The only reason for any delays were the change in plans in order to make the structure more earthquake resistant on a 10 richter scale level. They even paid the architect of the whole thing around 50 crore rupees I heard (for those who dont know, these plans include more than just the outside picture, everything from water pipes etc to windows)

It will be one of the coolest buildings in Pakistan and definetly this side of Asia. Will really add to what Islamabad has to offer!
