Unless they are asking YOU to call them for something they need, that is wrong. but if they call you, and want to talk to you, I don’t find anything wrong with that tbh. 
i am just talking about THIS aspect of it. What they ask you and how unreasonable it is, that is definitely a whole new different matter on its own.
