Though FB and TWTR are private businesses but they can’t over-rule government rules, and indirectly reflect the policies of government as well as add their own rules and regulations. FB and TW behavior has been along the same lines as US govt about ‘freedom of speech’ use against blasphemy vs anti-semitism.
