After so many years . She is released by supreme court. This is another big decision by pakistani court.
Unfortunaltey I fear that some fanatic going to kill her soon.
They are now calling for the judges to be killed as per Islamic edicts.
Its a good news. There were shadows over this case. Will also help in brightening Pakistani image.
Good decision or not. It has already made lives of residents of twin cities or RWP/ISB miserable as Mr. Phen Ki Sirri has made a protest call and traffic jams are all over the place.
Actually blasphemy law saved this woman.. The public did not take the matter in their own hands, they caught her and handed her over to the police because they knew there is a law.. otherwise they would have killed her on spot..That’s the reason why we need blasphemy law because it ensures the safety of the accused and gives non-muslims a chance to prove themselves innocent in the court. In other words no blasphemy law means “lynching on spot”..
Anyway the news from the centre is libtards and seculars are celebrating this judgment on social media while common people have rejected the judgment… and public have blocked all the roads from Karachi to Khyber..
Congratulations judiciary. You declared a woman innocent after keeping her in jail for not too long, just a decade.
shit heads blocked all the cities and major highways…
Shahzaday, there are only two possible verdicts. Guilty or Not-guilty. Does not-guilty also mean innocent or no? Saary, holy’s englesh iz two week

Did you burn some tires on the road and destroy some public property today?
This case is proof that laws do not equal morality. Blasphemy laws are ridiculous.

MashaAllah our molvis are respecting the Prophet PBUH, but who cares about the public and their assets.
Reminds me of the case of Kashmir Singh, the Indian spy released in 2008 on humanitarian grounds overturning decisions of lower courts and dismissing all witnesses against him. The moment he entered India, he admitted to being a spy all along with no regrets and would be ready to do it again. The judges who gave this verdict should`ve thought about that happening in this case as well.

Wont it be the same crowd as Faizabad dharna?
Will this time Rangers distribute Rs. 5000/- to each protester to go back?
The universal principle that “you nurture snakes, they are going to bite you as soon as they get a chance” applies here and everywhere.
Just like Trump govt is facing the same in terms of white supremacists.
Why is that? Blasphemy and hate speech go hand in hand. You’ve got to be kidding yourself if you think otherwise. Societies with strictly defined blasphemy laws aim to prevent the spread of profanity and hate against other religions due to diversity factors. Nothing dumber than purposefully AND openly insulting the most significant figure of a religion that is prominent in the country in which she chose to reside, and then hiding behind an illusion known as freedom of speech.
Not condoning the adjudication whatsoever but she and her buds should’ve seen it coming.
P.S the protests are horrible and these people need to get a life.
Someone should really write a satire novel about these maulvis.
Minorities living in so called " Muslim countries" have the common sense not to say anything offensive in relation to politics or religion as it’s well known that these countries will use the blasphemy law against them and the dumb will believe in the hear say and accused them of it
Especially where the majority are religious fanatics
I still haven’t been able to find what she said yet the fact those mullah has so much support from the locals shows how easy it is to use such law for prosecuting minorities
…
Does anyone else find these maulvis comical? Or am I the only one laughing at them?
