I knew when the top two teams in teh world clashed in the best series ever, big things would happen, but imagining something like this was unbelievable.
It was a privledge to at least watch the game live on tv. I'd be so pissed with myself had I missed this.
Btw.. I was pulling my hair out when Australia was almost there.

I woke up at 4:24 AM, six minutes prior to first ball on day 4...hoping I would go back to sleep in 15 or so minutes when the last two Aus wickets would fall. It's been 16 hours and I haven't been able to sleep. Partly due to the most enthralling 108 minutes of cricket ever.
Although I wanted the English to sweat but deep inside I wanted Michael Vaugn and Co. to win the Edgbaston Test... a loss here would have taken the fun out of the Ashes...something I want to continue well into the 5th day at The Oval.
Ashes, I am in love.

^^ Thats why ASHES is considered to be the best of Test Cricket.. After many years we are able to watch some nail biting matches. other wise it used to be one sided for the past ten years or so. :k: Go England go :k:

In 3 1/2 days we watched both the teams score 1,176 runs and take 40 wickets. To top it off, England wins the test match by just 2 runs....Incredible...
