Probably many of you saw the ad already that they are going to show PAK v ENG series n PAK/INDO series, if they are really showing those series so they are saving $350 least only for one days. but i also heard that dish network also showing PAK v. ENG series (if this is true so there’s no way dish network will let ARY to show the series). Dish network also showed the ad for this series few month back

ARY will show it in certain regions of their operation, like in Asia or Middle East for example. In the United States, it will remain on pay per view with Dish Network.

People living in USA, they can forget to view cricket on channels like ARY or any Indian channel. The only cricket I have seen on these channels was last year Asia Cup which was shown on ARY digital or Srilanka versus SA on ZEE,otherwise every time I end up spending money watching cricket on Dish or online coverage on Willow Tv.
You can either take it as a good news or bad but cricket for the next couple of years will be covered by Dish network & Direct TV in USA. Dishnetwork have acquired the rights of all Pakistan home games till 2008, that means they will not only cover the Pak England series but also the Pak India series early next year. Although these 2 are ripping the subscribers but atleast you know that you can watch live cricket and won't miss any action at all during the entire year, which is all i need:D

^^ ARY Digital has acquired the rights to show all Pakistan home games in Europe for the next 5 years.

I think ARY Digital would show the both Pak-England and Indo-Pak series if they r showing the commercial that says ‘coming to ARY Digital’
Last time I saw a commercial when they said that was a year ago or so when the Asia Cup came on, and i remember even then people here on GS didn’t believe it.
What is the real down-low for the 2 series?

ARY did show the Asia cup last year because it was a promotional offer to attract subscribers. Alot of people in USA got ARY at that time. Secondly Dish network wasn’t covering Asia cup and therefore there was no problem for ARY to provide coverage in USA. Even before Asia cup there was Pak vs SA in 2003 and Pak vs India in 2004 which ARY showed but in America Dish Network got the exclusive rights and so we had to purchase PPV. Since then there hvae been so many tournaments and series which ARY covered but they were only available on Dish PPV here in USA. **Dish Network has got the exclusive rights for all Pakistani home games till 2008. That is the reason you will never see any add of Pak England or Pak India series on ARY USA. **

Thats why its the right of ever single desi to crack Dish and watch it for free and if it can’t cracked than one should buy and re-broadcast to Muslim birathars

damn that’s what i pay in six months for Ten Sports, Geo, ARY, Fox Sports ME, Zee, Star, B4U and Sony combined … Cricket wise i’m glad to have these channels as 95% of the matches played around the globe r covered by any of the above mentioned channels … so no worry about who shows and who not … feel sorry for u guys in North America

The 2004 pak india series was for $199, ICC trophy package was $249. I dont exactly remember the price of the package for 2005 series but i guess it wasn’t 199, it was $249. I am sure Pak England will be atleast $199, and Pak india 2006 will be definitely around 250 or even more since they might offer a combine package of it with Asia cup so It could be $300 or $350.
