^ actually you're wrong about that. they're still under UK broadcasting regulations (Ofcom), the same that would regulate them here. thus the well known action of Ofcom against geo for violent images.
you're welcome to take any specific complaint you have against geo to them :)
You are wrong. Ofcom can regulate any thing that breaks obvious UK laws while broadcasting in UK, but Ofcom would not investigate lies of foreign registered media that is nothing to do with UK.
