its called a code of conduct, which everyone has except pakistan.
pakistan was the only country with a media running without a code of conduct, and all these channels were running and abusing there freedom.

Media won their independence and they were not given freedom, so they can do whatever they like. Tin-pot dictator stopped an independent media, how it is possible that it can happen when they won their independence and no one gave them independence? Surprising, how it is possible.
