I went to the jodha akbar exhibition on the weekend and they had absolutely gorgeous jewellery!!

^nice! i got their catalogue in the mail a few weeks ago. i didn't notice the list of exhibitions on the front page, lol. did they have all the stuff that's on their website? i might check it out if so, coz i didn't really see anything in the catalogue that made me excited.
yeah they did - most of the stuff was there and more.
It was there last day in Southall on sunday but there will be exhibiting in tooting and east london - check their website.
You can't haggle the price with them - they are all fixed
Some stuff is really expensive - they use real stones and paulki.

guys i saw this lovely set at macy's... it was gold-plated with green cubic zirconia stones.. about $300 =// even the lady at the counter was saying the biggest thing is the name (GivenchY) warna its not worth that much. =//

This is my wedding set, it was what I mentioned on page 1. Gold plated with red beads, very simple.

Is it really easy to distinguish an artifical set from a real set? I want to get a very heavy set for my wedding but everything is so darn expensive and I really don't want to spend that much money on something I will only wear once.
Is it obvious in the pics if the set is artificial or not?

^ not easy at all! particularly if it is gold plated, then you really cant tell. Trust me, I’ve seen some that I thought were real and in my head I was approximating how much all that gold wouldv’e cost 'em but it turned out to be fake

Mommy wont dare let me even think of getting a fake set for my big day but everything I like is so gosh darn expensive :-(
