how about you guys starting posting your relevant discussions about art and the things that it deals with in the arts and culture forum. if there are enough (productive) discussions about it there, then the admin will see a need for a separate one.
heck that’s how we were able to split life 1 and 2 into life 1, 2, 3 and 4 with a separate section for wedding 
my 2 cents. please don’t bite my head off.
