There is nothing more to prove man.

The video is making me sick to my stomach. Betrayal with the nation requires exemplary punishment. We never get that in Pakistan. Bans are lifted, fines are reversed and things workout eventually.

Having said that, the tour must go on with standby players. Cancellation means Pakistan as a nation is fraud not just a few bad seeds.

i can't get over the fact that these guys are somewhat educated and wealthy. There is no hope.

at no point did Butt say that he was not guilty. all he said was that these are just allegations - not that he was innocent.

and then he said to a question that his team gave a 100% throughout. that when you make plans they don't always work out. and that it's a young team bla blah blah... he really bungled this question. was really stuttering answering this.

Mr. Taleemyaafta knows that he is busted. brought shame to Pakistan and his own family. remembering watching his family's interview. they seemed like decent people. but what endless shame their son has brought...

even though all the matchfixers weren't punished in the 90s the way they should have been... but the one that was should have been an example for them. there have been articles on what a pathetic life Saleem Malik has lived since being banned... the effect it had on his kids. the social boycott. how even his matchfixing buddies avoided him once he was banned. didn't want to be seen with him anywhere. heck he went from being public enemy number 1 to people almost feeling bad for him. saw his interview with Mani. he looked and sounded so damn miskeen. wasn't that scary enough for Butt and co?

agreed. why should they not go to jail? they should go to jail in the UK.

it will be unbelievably embarrassing and never forgotten. but needs to be done to set an example for the next generation.

Whoever is guilty must be punished and banned for life.

But knowing the pathetic PCB and the equally pathetic judiciary we have, even if these kaminas are given life bans, some low life Judge will remove it on appeal.

  • These Majeed guys have been with the team for a couple of years as 'agents' - no dispute there
  • The guy in the video counting money is Majeed - no dispute there
  • There have been phone conversations between players and Majeed - officially on record as per police
  • Jhang newspaper and PCB have warned players about these agents - on record.
  • Butt is only disappointed and not angered at the allegations - news conference

my point is Pakistan as a country has encouraged and rewarded immorality and fraudulent behavior, so that is what you will have to expect.
