The government can’t seem to do anything with regard to corruption so why are they even there? They are incompetent and inept.

Because military is beyond any accountability on corruption. That is the center of corruption for Pakistan. Not only this government but previous governments right after 1947 were unable to do anything. Are you satisified now?
