Altaf Hussain is neither MPA, MNA, Minister, CM or Prime Minister. Altaf is not even in any Pakistan government service. Altaf is ordinary citizen, though people vote his party thus he is known. He could not do corruption or nepotism, as he has no power to do that ... because he is not holding any civil posts ... be that of political nature or post in government employment. He is like your Billo Rani, though She is dreaming to become MNA and then PM of Pakistan, so she is valid entity to talk about.
