Okay, Im mixed. Im four different things and one of them is italian. And unfortunatly my dads side of the family has this ‘curse’ where the women are kinda…err…well hairy =
And it doesnt help that I have purely black hair. What should I do? I dont wnat to do laser cause my mom will be all like 'eh why do you need it? nobody cares you look fine." I also bleached once using Jolen Bleach Cremem I worked pretty well, the hair turned orangey brown.
What should I do?

epilator, i've been using it for years and there is slow re growth and patches where it doesn't grow back, it takes like 5 minutes, less time and less mess than waxing and so convenient! i do it in front of the tv and don't even look down anymore! however, you must exfoliate!

lublyjubly is right..epilate is best for underarms..first get it waxed..and hten when regrowth appears epilate it every couple of dayz n ull get used to it it wont hurt much ny more..

i've actually never done anything but shave my arms. i have no complaints with it.

shaving is the best option. just do it whenever you pop into the shower, its cheap painless and effective.
Waxing is a better option, it pulls the hair out from the root and over time decreases hair-growth.

As Gina said, wax your arms. Waxing is the best option. Laser hair removal is expensive, requires several treatments, and you run the risk of burning, and scarring.
