That story about the Pakistani kid is quite sad. While we should all try and help out when we can, the buck ultimately stops with our government. Unfortunately what we see are people like Shahbaz Sharif spending billions on useless laptop schemes in an effort to win votes, while kids in government schools make do without teachers, roofs and desks and chairs.

I don’t mean to sound unsympathetic but the kid can’t have been mentally stable if he set himself on fire over a school uniform.
