They were warned, and when they refused to listen, Islamic forced beseiged them. Trouble maker (munafiqs etc. ) men were put to sword, and their women and children were taken as slaves.
Don't hide the truth nor mix truth with falsehood antiwhatever.

Let me remind you the true history.
My Prophet Muhammad(may peace and blessings be upon him) even forgave the person who brutally murdered his uncle, Hamza(ra) bcoz that person declared Shahadah. And that person killed Musilma Kazzab, a false prophet.
Yes "peacefully" like Americans dealt with their trouble makers. How Americans (and other successful nations) deal with their enemies of state.
David Koresh: Once the Koreshis fired at law-enforcement officers, Americans sent in tanks and helicopters. In the end, the whole Koreshi compound was burned to the ground. 80+ Koreshis including men, women, and children were burned.
Ruby Ridge: The family members of trouble maker were killed or apprehended.
Southren rebels in the American civil war were crushed to smithereens. Miles wide swath from Atlanta to Swana was burned and pillaged by the American army. The punishment was so grave that southern rebels remember till today.
Now we have terror sympathizers in Pakistan who say that suiciders and anarchists should be dealt "peacefully".
