it really depends on the circumstances…if the doctor has prescribed you a medicine which u HAVE to take during the roza time…by ‘have’ i mean under no circumstances you can leave your medicine. or its something else where u cannot live without food for longer and if you do then u can be in serious health condition.
as for fidya i think you will have to pay fidya by keeping those missed rozay later on (before the next ramzaan i think) or by giving money/food to poor (there is an amount on how much u are meant to give)
