Are you a loner?

Re: Are you a loner?

Interesting.I seek that on an online forum because I can remain anonymous.I can (and actually I think I do) keep it all at a low level, the way I like it,and if I want a hiatus I just stay away for a few days, till I feel better and no one bothers.

I am a loner at heart, have always been and will always be.But things have always changed with each phase of life.It was extreme when I was in school,it improved (that is what I think) when I was in graduate school. It changed when I was working,it drastically changed after marriage and then another change came after I had my daughter.

I dont need a lot of people around me.Just one is enough.Unfortunately I always have too high expectations from that one person,so that is not a good aspect of it.I have gone to restaurants alone and I loved it whereas many think it is silly.I can spend and actually enjoy hours of being alone.
