I am such a terrible liar. 99% of the time, people figure it out from my body language and the way i talk, that i am lying. I have had to face embarassment and disadvantage in office politics etc many times.

Can one improve it?? or one is just born a good liar or a bad liar?

NOTE:Before you start lecturing, I know that lieing is not a good thing and all that. but we all know many times we have to withhold information, refuse to answer correctly in our lives. i am talking about those.

I learnt my lesson from lying. Told my boss i was sick and couldn't come to work. He caught me at the cricket stadium...

I am not a good lier...but I try...sometimes its just to pacify ppl (my mom), I try not to lie to my dad coz he always finds out...to my hubby..hmm...I start giggling...so he always knows when am lying too...

In office...I try my very best not to lie...I dnt like all this politics so i try to stay out of it...

I can never lie to my parents - they just seem to know somehow. Same with my husband. I don't lie with them at all, it's just useless and embarrassing lol.

i once lied to my Bhabhii that i had gone to see a cricket match on campus while, in fact, i had gone to see a movie......well, she asked me to show the content of my pocket...she found the ticket stub in my pocket!!! she just told me nicely NOT to lie again in future!

the thing is.....i cant lie........ i start feeling butterflies in my stomach- ahsaas-e-nadamat se bohat ghbraahat hoti hay mujhay..isliye aisa kaam nahi kerti jiss se ahsaas-e-nadamat ho!!
