The quoted information just discusses the “findings” of the study…and does not interpret these findings as an etched-in-stone conclusion (at leat that’s how I see it). IMO when the word “perhaps” is used in a study…it’s more of an attempt to hypothesize or understand rather than to conclude.
Yes, future planning would include a consider of “everything” or many aspects…which is why I was connecting holistic thinking to this point.
