Would I be a hypocrite if I dont follow my own advice, or you think that our advice (at least the sincere one) is so custom tailored, based on gender, location, age and level of maturity of the other party that it may or may not be applicable in our case, even if the situation is similar.

We are not obligated to do anything. We do it from free will ,what we think is the right thing, and usually what makes life easier for the way we live it.

Good point. If you tell a woman to wear hijab, can you be at least expected to have a beard? I mean the undertone of your advice is modesty and following shariah, right?

It depends on your own ethical standards for yourself, which for most people is quite low.
I have original thoughts once in a while okay? 
Now my brain hurts. 
In my opinion, if you are giving someone legal, sane advice then you should try to follow it yourself. We have a thousand excuses to not take our own advice because its easier said than done but when it boils down to nothing but the absolute truth, we are hypocrites and we set higher standard for others than ourselves.
