Must be one of the most exasperating people in real life to actually have a conversation with face to face. There is no actual response to what any other poster contributes to your thread unless it’s with ‘I am awesome, my kids are awesome, my wife is awesome and abused inside a wrapper until I released her, engineers and doctors, janitors and cabbys and space moon scientists making a kajilion dollars driving around in exotic spaceships living in Fort Mcmurray Arabia after graduating from McGill’ etc etc etc etc. Where in any of that is actual conversing about any of your subjects? It’s about you and you and you and you. You probably have a seat to the moon too, please tell us more about that.

Even if Fort McMurray is boom town, so what? How does this relate to Life1. Wouldn’t you enjoy this conversation in the cultural or careers forum?

He also stole your bruised and battered hunnie rescue story, and posted it in the middle of an onging support group session for divorced women (strangely none of whom were ever at fault). He must have heard it from you and posted it there. Just look at how many gullible women fell for it. He also copied your way of messing up quotes. Should not have doubted you for a second.

My honey went thru horrible abuse and divorce twice by cheating lying abusive scums before I met her, the poor girl was an orphan on top of that. I consider myself the luckiest man on earth to have found her, my family put up a big fuss but I could take on the world for her, she is an amazing wife, mother and proved to be an amazing daughter in law also, I never much cared about peoples opinions and stopped socializing with judgemental people, we decided to dedicate all our energy on our kids rather than on friends in the time we freed up we thought the kids to swim, ski, snorkel, snow board, kayak, rock climbing camping and tons of other activities....we have a very strong family bond, people that judged us now look in awe at our family. My advice is to search for love, if you find it hang onto it for dear life. The test is if you can give your life for your honey without blinking than you have found your soul mate.

It is funny you mention this because for the last few months, I have been thinking about possibly changing my career path and going into the trades (when I eventually go back to work in a few years) because of the high income potential.

I mentioned this to my husband and right away he shot my dreams down. He doesn't want me working with all men. And that too, the blue collar tradesmen. He claims they are very crude etc. and will most certainly make comments about a woman working with them.

Sigh there goes my dreams of making 80-100k....lol.
