^ That sounds more like you judging from the posts you make on here. No need for sweeping generalizations made out of ignorance based on your semi understood internet experiences. If Pakistani Pathans wanted to break off from the rest of Pakistan, they would just vote for the independence parties and not for PML-N or PPP or MMA, or they'd just seperate. There's absolutely no evidence that this is the case except you lack the brain power to discern your internet experiences with so called Afghanis (who in fact you can't distinguish from Pakistani Pathans nationally) and real life.

First it's not Pathan, it's Pukhtoon..
Only those Pukhtoons who are ignorant about the world and don't care about the future of their children and later generations will want such a thing to happen to Pakistan. You know the stupid jazbaati/emotional village types who'll listen to nationalist poetry and start believing they are better than everyone else and want their own country, little do they know that in this day and age it takes more than being able to use a sword to run a country, with the way their brains work such a country would be worser mess than Parsibanistan..
Pakistan is the best thing for Pashtuns, Afghanistan is a sh!thole and will remain so at least for the rest of our lives, Indians have nothing in common with Pashtuns and we'd never be happy in the same country as them after the way we colonised them so many times, they are bitter people on the inside so don't be fooled by their kind words. Those Pashtuns who are Hinduphillic from all the Bollywood watching and want to be a part of India are ignorant of the true Hindu mentality, they should just think back to the Sikh rule over Peshawar.

Afghanistan and India loath Pakistan, nobody can deny that.. Insha Allah neither of them have the testicles to harm Pak in anyway.

Once I saw a BBC a news item - they were reporting from India! There were some indian lads - holding tirshol and chanting hatred slogans! The BBC correspondent asked them what they wanted to do. They said "Hum issay pahtan ko katay gain". Such is the fear of pathans among them!

The Indians I know are very bitter towards Pashtuns or "Patani people" as they call them after the way our kings and warriors colonised them, even if we brought much good to their country, they are ungreatful sods.
They hate anyone from that region, even the Perso-Turkic people.. Indians I know have only negative things to say about the "Afghani" people they worked with in the Middle East, they say "Afghans are dirty smelly and only bathe on fridays" and other such stuff, I use to put them in their place but I don't bother anymore because Afghans are just as much an enemy yo our country as Indians.
Hindus are clever so they are kind and friendly when in weak and helpless but when they are powerful and plenty in number there is nobody more hateful to the Muslims than a Hindu.

Munni, I wish you would make your previous post public as I am curious as to what your view is on this.
The Afghani's I worked with (Hayward, California) did have opposing views.
Some hated the new Pakistani Govt. and some blamed the old world thinking of the current leaders in Afghanistan.

After merging with pakistan in 1947, pashtuns of N.W.F.P have lost " Afghan" identity and gained "Pathan" name. Before independence Pathan word was used for afghans or pashtuns by indians ( i do not know its meaning or origin"). Nowadays nationlist pashtuns use afghan word for themselves. Most of pashtuns do not use afghan or pathan word for themselves.
Ancient pashtun books and documents uses "afghan" for all pashtuns living in Afghanistan and india.
The only golden era for pashtuns was during durrani rule under which all pashtuns from attock to kabul were united. That is why we pashtuns cant be hostile towards afghanistan. Afghanistan is our past and pakistan is our present and future. Durand line is objectable not because that it divides pashtuns but because it divides tribes. Wazirs, mohamands, shinwaris, achakzais.. all are divided into two . Pashtuns live in tribal sociaty and tribal affiliations are more than any thing. It should be nored that india was not ruled by all but single pashtun or afghan tribe... Lodhis, Suris and rohilllas are all tribes.
