The concept that kids of every next generation are more dis-respectful and more ill-mannered is a myth.

With each passing generation, kids get more intelligent and thus have the ability to talk back to their parents.

Parents who grew up in households where whatever a parent said was etched in stone no longer applies.

With more child care services, kids have more options.

Although disciplining a child is not a bad idea, kids, I don't think are bad but are a product of society which is increasingly becoming less cohesive

Definitely the kids are more ill-manered these days. When i was at school i did never saw kids throwing rubbish around, burning the classrooms or what 5 kids did in a classroom, reported recently on this form. U know what i am referring to.

The truth is majority of children and teen agers is rude......and we adults are responsible for that.........but once you become an adult, you yourself are responsible for your actions.

Kids get away with murder; they are on average more ill mannered, but that's because their idiotic parents think it's cute.

Teenage kids are morons. I was one (a moronic kid), so I should know.

The fact is, parents too are also getting more educated and are not exactly cave dwelling idiots.

Treat your kid like a friend rather than a child, and he'll grow up to be a spoilt jerk.
