Again, it is more the jihadi generals who are responsible for recklessness in Pakistan's policies. Musharraf used to go along with them, until after 9/11.
Everyones jihadi in their own domain, be it the karachi based ethnic parties or be it these top generals. Even if Musharraf stopped going along with them after 9/11, he needs to be punished for his crimes.
