Dilshan wrongly given out LBW. That ball was drifting down leg and missing the leg stump by a good 8-10 inches

Once again, I will reinforce the concept of having the option of sending the LBW referals upstairs from the batting side. Not that this reinforcement is going to do anything, other than taking a few KB's of space in this gigantic discussion board. Rudi, of all umpires. Him and Taufell are not even keeping a check on Vettori who is consistently bowling outside of his crease. Anyone keeping a check on this? Vettori has done this almost every time throughout this entire World Cup. It was picked up by the commentators in the group matches but not a word has been muttered in the Super-8 stages. At least 40-50 deliveries of his entire spell is bowled outside of the bowling crease mark.

the 3rd umpire can also notify on field umpire when he has made decisions that is painfully wrong
also i thought they were going to implement the rule where team can refer (3 times) decision upstairs in champions trophy, never heard about it since
