dont listen to these first world sedentary people living in ac chambers and sit or lie down all day. one and a half roti is nothing for someone who is even moderately active.

I lost quite a bit of weight in two weeks, I don't exactly know how much but it was quite a lot. In the morning I would eat cereal, cup of tea and then one banana. Lunch time id have just one sandwich with water or orange juice. At tea time I would have tea and maybe pasta, keeping it very light; barely a snack. And then finally roti with salan for dinner at 6 oclock. You should stop eating after 6 o clock as to let your body digest the food you have eaten. I used to walk to work in the morning and back (about 20 minutes). Anything sweet or sugary or fatty and completely unhealthy were banished from my diet. After that, I realised I had a smaller appetite and did not crave for anything unhealthy. However, that only lasted about two weeks as exams had come up and them I was stressing like hell leading to ovreating and whatnot. Oh, also make sure you exercise.
